Quotes
Please provide as much detail as you can so a quote can be provided. It is helpful to know which style of casting you would like; how many people will be in the casting and a rough guide of everyone’s age. If you require a mobile casting service, please confirm the location, and note that there is an additional call out fee for visits that are outside of the studio including home visits, vets, and crematoriums.

Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a £50 deposit to secure the date and time. No appointment is confirmed until the deposit has been received. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit is refundable or transferable to another date. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. Another deposit of £50 is required to book a new appointment. If you have a gift voucher and you do not adhere to the 48-hour cancellation policy, a £50 deposit will also be required to book another appointment. Special circumstances will be considered however, will be at the discretion of the business.

Reasonable Lateness Policy
An allowance of 15 minutes to be late from your scheduled appointment time is provided. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may not be able to be carried out and your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. Another £50 deposit is required to book a new appointment. If you have a gift voucher and you do not adhere to the reasonable lateness policy, a £50 deposit will also be required to book another appointment. It is appreciated that at times there are circumstances out of your control, please call or text 07797 818 791 to provide an update and check to ensure there will be enough time to carry out your appointment if you are running late.

Payments
All appointments require a £50 deposit which can be paid by either bank transfer or Revolut. From the remaining balance, another 50% is due within 7 days following the appointment and the final balance on completion of the keepsake. Cash is accepted on the day, or payment can be sent again by Bank transfer or Revolut. If required, payment plans can be agreed in advance.

Collection Times
Most life casting keepsakes will take 12 – 16+ weeks to complete. It is a lengthy process including a 4-week drying time followed by multiple stages of sanding, refining, and painting. The business also deals with bereavement and end of life casting which are time sensitive. This makes the workload unpredictable and whilst the aim is to achieve a 12 – 16 week turnover, this can fluctuate and can be longer at times.
If you have asked to have your keepsake ready in time for Christmas or another special occasion, every effort will be made to work towards this, but it cannot be guaranteed. Should personalised choices not be confirmed during the appointment or there are delays with photographs, it can push completion back even further.
